Teachers and Assistant Teachers must meet the qualifications for each under Department of Human Services Rule 3 Licensing Guidelines.  Quality loving care, positive interactions, and active supervision is essential.  Must be able to effectively communicate with parents, co-workers, and administration as well as work cooperatively in a team approach.  Must be able to anticipate needs of children, plan ahead, and multi-task.  Cleaning and organizational skills also necessary.  All employees must pass a DHS background study and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
