At Playhouse Child Care Center, Inc., our first priority is the safety and well-being of the children and families we serve.  The environment promotes development and learning of all children.

All Staff members meet the appropriate MN Department of Human Services Rule 3 requirements for the position that they hold.

All staff members must pass a background study and retain certification in CPR and First Aid. Staff members go through an extensive orientation process upon hire.

All staff members are required to have annual in-service hours on various topics.  They are trained annually on all policies required by the MN Department of Human Services, including maltreatment of minors and mandated reporting, emergency procedures, health and safety procedures and SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome.
